These terms apply when you ask Bury Van Signs for a quote or buy from us. Last updated 22 October 2026.

Who we are

Bury Van Signs is a trading name of Web Print & Signs Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16585795. Registered office: Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester, England, M8 8EB. Contact: hello@webprintsigns.co.uk.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information, sizes and photos you give us and are valid for 30 days. If a site visit or the finished artwork shows something different, we will tell you and confirm any change in price before going ahead.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. For work made to your design we may ask for a deposit before production, with the balance due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Artwork and approval

We send a proof for your approval before production. Please check spelling, phone numbers and details carefully: once you approve a proof, we produce exactly what it shows. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images or text you supply.

Fitting

For fitting we need safe access, a clean and dry surface or vehicle, and any landlord, planning or advertisement consent that applies. If we cannot fit on the agreed day for a reason on your side, a return visit may be charged.

Cancelling

Goods made to your own design or specification cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you are a consumer and the contract was made at a distance or away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel before work starts; if you ask us to start sooner, you pay for work already done.

If something is wrong

Please tell us within 7 days of delivery or fitting. We will put it right by repairing, remaking or refunding, as appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Timescales

Dates we give are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
